With a Fortune 100 and large consulting house background, Glenn intentionally keeps Portfolio-Engineering's overhead minimal to provide excellent, cost-effective service.  Glenn is associated with several outstanding management and technical professionals throughout Southern California and sub-contracts with them as necessary. Portfolio-Engineering are easily able to scale as appropriate to the needs of each client engagement.
Glenn's twenty years and more than 100 million dollars of project, program and project portfolio management experience, practiced in many vertical industries, makes him uniquely qualified to consult in the domain. An active and certified member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Microsoft Project User Group (MPUG), in Orange County and Los Angeles, Glenn can be seen and heard at local chapter meetings and national seminars and conventions. Formally trained in teaching, speaking, facilitating and process-engineering, management consulting remains his true passion.
